By accessing, registering an account, or utilizing the VESTORA institutional portfolio platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and its services.

2.Institutional Compliance & Identity Verification (KYC)

Users are required to provide accurate, truthful personal credentials and complete mandatory live photo verification (KYC) to comply with regulatory standards.
Falsifying information or bypassing security guards may result in immediate account suspension, asset forfeiture, or legal restriction.

3.Capital Allocation & Yield Strategies

All investments deployed into Tesla-focused yield strategies operate under specified monthly return rates and maturity durations.
Principal capital and accumulated rewards are credited upon strategy maturity or successful claim requests. Premature cancellations are governed by platform administration protocols.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must be accompanied by valid transaction hashes or receipt proof for verification.
Withdrawals are subject to configured minimum limits and are processed through verified payout channels (Bank Transfer, PayPal, USDT, or Bitcoin).
